How do I follow up on my inquiry?

Keep your inquiry reference and use it when contacting the owner or stayscotadmin@gmail.com. The owner confirms the booking directly with you.

Does the site hold guest money?

The initial release is a request-and-confirm workflow. It should not be described as escrow or payment protection until a formal payment provider, refund policy, and operating process are connected.
