Owner agreement · revision 2026-10-04-v1 · Draft for operator/legal review

Owner Listing and Referral Agreement

This document describes the intended relationship between the property owner or manager and Cebu OK Stays. Accepting it records your agreement to these operating terms, but it does not approve a property or guarantee that it will be published.

1. Listing authority and accuracy

You confirm that you are authorized to submit the property and to arrange short stays for it. You will keep the property name, public location, capacity, amenities, photos, rules, pricing reference, cancellation terms, contact details and availability accurate. You will promptly correct information that becomes outdated.

2. Review and publication

Cebu OK Stays may request evidence, review the exact unit, reject an application, pause a listing, or remove it when information is incomplete, misleading, unsafe, unauthorized, expired or repeatedly unavailable. A Cebu OK Travel verified badge is a partner review signal, not government certification, insurance, a safety guarantee, or a guarantee of availability.

3. Photos and listing content

You grant Cebu OK Stays a non-exclusive permission to host, resize, display and promote the photos and listing information you submit for this directory and related travel promotion while the listing is under review or published. You confirm that you have permission to provide the material and that it does not knowingly infringe another person’s rights. You may ask us to remove or replace material, subject to records needed for disputes or legal obligations.

4. Availability and guest communication

You will maintain the chosen calendar method or manual availability updates and respond to assigned inquiries within the response commitment approved for the service. A calendar feed can be delayed; you must confirm dates, total price, inclusions, house rules and check-in details with the guest before accepting a stay.

5. Guests, payment and booking responsibility

Guests communicate with the owner or manager about the private quote and accommodation contract. Cebu OK Stays does not collect or hold accommodation payments in this release. The owner is responsible for the accommodation, lawful operation, taxes, check-in, cancellations, refunds, guest safety and resolving the private booking terms stated in the quote. No listing or inquiry is a confirmed booking until the required owner and guest steps are completed.

6. Referral and settlement records

Listing identifiers and booking references may be used to reconcile a completed referred stay. Any referral amount, reporting date, adjustments, partial payments, reversals and settlement method must be agreed in the separate commercial schedule supplied by the operator. A calendar block, inquiry or guest quote alone does not prove that a referral amount is owed.

7. Privacy and data sharing

You will use guest information received through Cebu OK Stays only to respond to the relevant inquiry, coordinate the requested stay, perform the agreed booking, and handle necessary support or dispute records. Do not sell it, add it to unrelated marketing lists, disclose it to unrelated people, or retain it longer than necessary. You must protect it and notify Cebu OK Stays promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or disclosure. The Privacy Notice and the owner data-sharing terms accepted during signup explain the categories and purposes of sharing.

8. Suspension and termination

Either party may stop using the listing process. Cebu OK Stays may suspend or remove a listing for suspected fraud, safety concerns, inaccurate details, non-response, unauthorized publication, privacy misuse, or a security incident. Ending access does not erase records that must be retained for security, accounting, legal claims or dispute handling.

9. Review status

This revision is an implementation draft prepared from the current Cebu OK Stays operating model. The responsible business identity, retention periods, response SLA, dispute process, commercial schedule and governing-law language must be approved by the operator and reviewed by an appropriately qualified Philippine professional before this document is treated as final legal advice.
